 The Boy, The Mole, The Fox, and The Horse 

A cartoon or animated adaptation of the classic children's book!!!

The story is simple and the doctrinal or teaching messages are obvious and obviously positive!!!

What mesmerizes me is the dreamy, poetic painting it flows……

The boy is lost in snow…… The mole pops up from his burrow……

"An old mole once told me:'When you are lost, follow the river, and it will take you home!'", adviced by the mole when he gets the boy wants to find home.

"Nothing beats kindness; it sits quietly beyond all things."

"Don't fear it; not charge straight at it!!!" When the boy gets the sight of a river.

The boy reaches the river. Seeing his reflection, he ponders:"Isn't it odd? We can only see our outside; but nearly everything happens inside!"

"Everyone feels at lost sometimes."

"Home is somewhere warm, and with kindness and lots of lights."

After such conversation, the fox spots them by following their footprints and scents. And the fox wants the rolly mole……

Attempt failed for the boy and the mole are on the high branch.

The fox goes away……But falls into a trap……

It's the mole who gnaws off the rope thus saving the fox.

And there are three of them……

When the horse is in, the foodie mole summarizes their task as "We are on a quest for cake!"

"Doing nothing with friends is never doing nothing."

"--I'm so small. --But you make so huge difference."

"Tears fall for a reason; they are your strength, not weekness."

On the way, they goes through little tumbled road, storm at night…… And there is the rainbow……

The four then have a little chat to deepen their mutual understanding.

"Being honest is always interesting."

The fox reveals:"The bravest thing I've said is 'Help!'; Asking for help is not giving up, it's refusing to give up."

"When the big things fall out of control, focus on what you love right under your nose."

"Sometimes your mind plays tricks on you. It can tell you that you are no good, that it's hopeless. But you are loved and important and you bring to this world no one else can. So, hold on."

The horse goes out his wings and fly and just fly……

 "You are enough just as you are."

At the sight of a house lit with light, the boy is uttering:"Home isn't just a place, is it?"

And the boy chooses to stay with his animal companions.

Warm, kind and light of stars above……

To love and to be loved……

(Such ending echoes a motto:"If you want to be happy, get a dog or dogs; stay away from people, they are stupid!!!")

And the foodie mole gets its quested cake……

(About home……There is something prankish from certain estate sales men:"Those things, like cars, are just consumable commodities; house is just a place for temporary residence; The ultimate destination of life is the tomb!!! That's where you will rest for good!!!")
