Christmas Stump Cake

Christmas Stump Cake

It's nothing sweeter than bake your own Christmas cake and decorate it and bite in it!!!

Baking is the thing that requires you to take care to the minute details!!!
Cream, butter, milk, yolks, egg white, sugar, water, flour, baking powder (optional)~~ All the ingredients are prepared and placed on the table.

This kind of cake requires tenderness and sponge in texture so that it won't crack when get it rolling!!!
So, the water in the mixture is very important. Put it on the fire or oven till it just gets to the brink of boiling and, immediently and without hesitation, leave the fire.
Then, pour in the flour and get them mixed.
When the mixture gets harmonious and smooth, add in yolks bit by bit. Let the mixture chill down a little bit.
During this period of time, whisk the egg white till a little hook shaped on the tip!!! And let the egg white and the chilled mixture get harmoniously together.
That's the cake paste!!!
And put into the oven with the low fire no less than 160°c to keep the moisture.

Now, it's time to make the garnish-my favourite part!!!
Boil the portioned cream and pour in the chocolate. The little tip is only to stir in the middle, because the chocolate will melt and let the silky texture extend toh edge!!! The smell is sooo good while doing this part that I could spoon in all of them!!!

Chill the garnish in the refrigerator for a while.
And during this time interval, the cake is ready for getting out and flatting on plate with baking paper on top to keep  moisture.
Cream whisking time!!!
Then paste the cream on the cake and just roll it and roll it into the shape!!!

Pour the chocolate garnish on!!!
And scratch the surface to mimick a tree root!!! No regular lines is needed for it's the tree root.

Well, the final step dcorations!!! All the Christmas elements!!!

DIY Jam

A piece of recipe for DIY jam:

It's very simple!!!
An apple + two strings of grape + 10g bran powder and + a glass of water.
Just bland apple and grape (with their skin on) till it gets very fine.
Pull it into a pan and pool in that glass of branpowder-water, of course.
Put it on minimum fire till it bubbles itself. During the process, add brown sugar according to your flavour!!!
Done!!! This can be preserved in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 months!!!

It's full of water-soluble fibre which can do help to intestine cleaning!!!

Of course, you can gulp all of them and let your stomach be the blander!!!

There are storm of  TV programs on how to DIY food and even cleaning lotion on local screen!!! Because vicious vendors who add artificial ingredients which are harmful or even toxic to human body to whatever they produced with the only purpose of making big profit!!!

Baked Crab Shell

Here comes a simple dish that I think everyone can do it if he or she follow the steps below:

STEP 1 :Steam the crab meat.

STEP 2 :Cut pork into little cubics. The same to the mushroom and onion.

STEP 3 :Melt the butter or heat the oil and stir fry the pork. When it is 80% done, put mushroom and onion and crab meat in. You can add other things you like such as beans. It smells good when they are done, so put them aside.

STEP 4*:Spread little starch on the crab shell.

STEP 5 :Put the ingredients in the shell.

STEP 6 :Put a tin layer of egg-yolk on the shell. Then, let cheese layer on the egg-yolk.

STEP 7 :Heat the oven at 180c for 5min before you bake the dish. Then bake the shells at 210c 6min. DONE!!!

STEP 8 :Enjoy it!!! Yumy!!!

(Steps with * are the ones suggested by the chef!!!)
